The Trust Service

Today the Trust Service is installed in approximately 200 law and accounting firms in New Zealand. It is marketed and supported by the publishing firm CCH part of the listed Wolters Kluwer international group. Development of this software started in 1997, through Curran Consulting Limited, in conjunction with the legal firm Russell McVeagh and a financial planning firm Strategic Asset Management.

The objective was to provide to law and accounting firms a "Trust Service". The software provided both a database of Trust information for users and a means of efficiently creating legal documents related to those Trusts. This venture was purchased by CCH in May 2001. Since that date they have purchased other software offerings for this market to which they want to integrate the Trust Service.
