Performance Tracker is a software package designed
for retail businesses. The software can be installed and operated
on a local machine, network or the Internet. This software was created
in conjunction with the U.S. based Friedman Group who are the world's
largest dedicated retail performance improvement organisation. This
software, which is designed to measure, motivate, train and reward
sales staff, is being used by Friedman Group clients in New Zealand,
Australia and the USA. In the USA there are some 35 users. In New
Zealand and Australia it is marketed directly by Compiled Software,
where it has been sold into companies that range in size from a
large jewellery chain to a small photo shop.
Clients can customise the coaching structure used
and the statistics tracked. Key features of the internet version
include the rapid and effortless collation of company wide data
or statistics and the secure access to that information.
